§ 27-1-22-19 — Freedom of contract with reference to commissions

Nothing in this chapter abridges or restricts the freedom of contract of insurers, insurance producers, or brokers with reference to the amount of commission to be paid to insurance producers or brokers by insurers, and such payments are expressly authorized.
