Indiana Statutes
§ 27-1-22-10 — Insurers acting in concert
Subject to and in compliance with all other
provisions of this chapter, two (2) or more insurers may act in concert
with each other and with others with respect to any matters within the
purview of this chapter and are authorized to act in concert between or
among themselves to the same extent as if they constituted a single
insurer.
