§ 27-1-20-3 — Eligibility of investments for deposit; existing investments
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 1 DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE·Ch. 20 Additional Provisions Pertaining to All Insurance
Eligible investments made or deposited prior
to March 8, 1935, shall continue to be eligible for deposit, subject,
however, to section 4 of this chapter.
