Nothing contained in this article shall be construed to affect or apply to any corporation organized before March 8, 1935, under any law of this state which is authorized to engage in the making of abstracts of title to real estate and the issuing of certificates insuring or guaranteeing the titles to real estate. Formerly: Acts 1935, c.162, s.272d. As amended by P.L.252-1985, SEC.100.
