§ 27-1-20-27 — Exemption of domestic mutual fire insurance companies

The provisions of IC 27-1-5 through IC 27-1-19 and this chapter shall not apply to any domestic mutual fire insurance company or association licensed as of March 8, 1935, originally organized and operated by farmers to insure farm property.
