§ 27-1-20-13 — Fees of secretary of state
Indiana·Title 27 INSURANCE·Art. 1 DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE·Ch. 20 Additional Provisions Pertaining to All Insurance
The fees payable to the secretary of the state
by insurance companies which are organized or reorganized under the
laws of this state or the laws of any other state, territory or insular
possession of the United States or the District of Columbia shall be the
same as the fees prescribed in chapter 219 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1929.
