Text

A person who recklessly violates the Indiana Insurance Law (chapters 2 through 20 of this article) commits a Class C infraction, except as otherwise provided. However, except as otherwise provided, the violation is a Class C misdemeanor if the person has a prior unrelated adjudication or conviction for a violation under this section within the previous five (5) years.
