Text
The commissioner may issue a limited lines producer's license to the following without examination:
(1)A limited lines travel insurance producer.
(2)A limited line credit insurance producer.
(3)A person who will only negotiate or solicit insurance under
Class 2(j) of IC 27-1-5-1.
(4)Any person who will negotiate or solicit a kind of insurance
that the commissioner finds does not require an examination to
demonstrate professional competency.
(5)A person that will sell, solicit, or negotiate only portable
electronics insurance as provided in IC 27-1-15.9.
(6)A person that will sell, solicit, or negotiate only self-storage
insurance as provided in IC 27-1-16.1.
