(a)The behavior analyst committee is
established.
(b)The committee consists of the following members appointed by
the governor:
(1)Three (3) behavior analyst members.
(2)One (1) consumer member.
(3)One (1) physician member.
(c)A member appointed to the committee serves a term under IC 25-1-6.5.
