§ 25-8-9-14 — Practice restrictions
A person licensed under this chapter may not engage in beauty culture outside a beauty culture salon unless that person:
(1)has the permission of a person who holds a cosmetology salon
license and:
(A)employs the person licensed under this chapter; or
(B)leases or subleases a portion of a salon to the person
licensed under this chapter; and
(2)complies with any other practice restrictions regarding this
section established by the board.
