Text
(a)A person holding a license issued under IC 25-8-7 shall display a sign complying with standards prescribed by the
board at the main public entrance to the salon.
(b)The sign must:
(1)be clearly visible to a customer entering the establishment at
that entrance; and
(2)state in legible printing that the establishment is a structure
licensed as a beauty culture salon.
