Text
A person licensed under this chapter may not engage in barbering outside a beauty culture salon unless the person:
(1)has the permission of a person who holds a beauty culture
salon license and:
(A)employs; or
(B)leases or subleases a part of a shop to;
the person licensed under this chapter; and
(2)complies with any other practice restrictions established by
the board under this chapter.
