Text
(a)An individual may not act as an auctioneer
without first having obtained and having in full force and effect the
license required under this article.
(b)A person (except a person who shall have become exempt, by
reason of compliance with the provisions of IC 25-6.1-3-4, from the
auction company licensing requirements of this article) may not operate
an auction company without first having obtained and having in full
force and effect the auction company license required under this article.
(c)A person who knowingly or intentionally violates the provisions
of this section commits a Class A misdemeanor.
