Text
(a)A person who violates this article is
subject to a civil penalty not to exceed twenty-five thousand dollars
($25,000) for each violation, as determined by the court. All civil
penalties recovered under this chapter shall be deposited in the state
general fund.
(b)In addition to the civil penalty imposed under subsection (a), the
attorney general may restrict, suspend, or revoke a certificate of
registration of an athlete agent for violation of this article.
(c)The attorney general may institute and conduct an action in the
name of the state of Indiana for any of the following:
(1)An injunction in any circuit or superior court of Indiana for
injunctive relief to restrain a person from continuing any activity
that violates this article.
