§ 25-43-7-9 — Notification
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 43 OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY LICENSURE·Ch. 7 Adverse Actions
If a member state takes adverse action, it shall
promptly notify the administrator of the data system. The administrator
of the data system shall promptly notify the home state of any adverse
actions by remote states.
