§ 25-42.5-11-12 — Rulemaking; final action
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 42.5 PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS LICENSURE·Ch. 11 Rulemaking
The commission shall, by majority vote
of all members, take final action on the proposed rule and shall
determine the effective date of the rule, if any, based on the rulemaking
record and the full text of the rule.
