Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 42 INTERSTATE NURSE LICENSURE COMPACT·Ch. 9 Oversight, Dispute Resolution, and Enforcement
Each party state shall enforce this compact and
take all actions necessary and appropriate to effectuate this compact's
purposes and intent.
