§ 25-42-6-1 — Coordinated licensure information system; participation; required information
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 42 INTERSTATE NURSE LICENSURE COMPACT·Ch. 6 Coordinated Licensure Information System and
(a)All party states shall participate in a
coordinated licensure information system of all licensed nurses.
(b)The coordinated licensure information system must include
information submitted by party states:
(1)concerning the licensure and disciplinary history of each
nurse; and
(2)to assist in the coordination of nurse licensure and
enforcement.
