§ 25-42-3-7 — Renewal; requirements; disqualification

A nurse who holds a home state multistate license on the effective date of this compact may retain and renew the multistate license issued by the nurse's current home state. However, the following apply:
(1)A nurse who changes primary state of residence after the
effective date of this compact shall meet all applicable
requirements of section 3 of this chapter to obtain a multistate
license from a new home state.
(2)If the nurse fails to satisfy the multistate licensure
requirements of section 3 of this chapter due to a disqualifying
event occurring after the effective date of this compact:
(A)the nurse is ineligible to retain or renew a multistate
license; and
(B)the nurse's multistate license must be revoked or
deactivated in accordance with applicable rules adopted by the
commission
