§ 25-42-3-4 — Authority of party state to take action against a nurse's multistate license; notification

Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 42 INTERSTATE NURSE LICENSURE COMPACT·Ch. 3 General Provisions and Jurisdiction
(a)All party states are authorized, in accordance with existing state due process law, to take adverse action against a nurse's multistate licensure privilege.
(b)If a party state takes an adverse action under subsection (a):
(1)the party state shall promptly notify the administrator of the coordinated licensure information system; and
(2)the administrator of the coordinated licensure information system shall promptly notify the home state of any adverse actions taken by remote states.
