§ 25-42-3-1 — Recognition of multistate license
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 42 INTERSTATE NURSE LICENSURE COMPACT·Ch. 3 General Provisions and Jurisdiction
A multistate license issued by a home state to
a resident in that state will be recognized by each party state as
authorizing the resident to practice as a nurse under a multistate
licensure privilege in each party state.
