§ 25-42-11-2 — Effect of being determined unconstitutional
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 42 INTERSTATE NURSE LICENSURE COMPACT·Ch. 11 Construction and Severability
If this compact is held to be contrary to the constitution of any party state, the compact remains in full force and effect as to the:
(1)remaining party states; and
(2)party state affected;
as to all severable matters.
