§ 25-42-1-7 — "Encumbrance"
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 42 INTERSTATE NURSE LICENSURE COMPACT·Ch. 1 Definitions
"Encumbrance" means:
(1)a revocation or suspension of; or
(2)a limitation on;
the full and unrestricted practice of nursing imposed by a licensing
board.
