§ 25-42-1-20 — "State practice laws"

Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 42 INTERSTATE NURSE LICENSURE COMPACT·Ch. 1 Definitions
(a)"State practice laws" means a party state's laws, rules, and regulations that:
(1)govern the practice of nursing;
(2)define the scope of nursing practice; and
(3)create the methods and grounds for imposing discipline on licensed nurses.
(b)"State practice laws" does not include requirements necessary to obtain and retain a license, other than qualifications or requirements of the home state.
