§ 25-42-1-17 — "Single state license"
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 42 INTERSTATE NURSE LICENSURE COMPACT·Ch. 1 Definitions
"Single state license" means a nurse license issued by a party state that:
(1)authorizes practice only within the issuing state; and
(2)does not include a multistate licensure privilege to practice in
another party state.
