§ 25-4-2-4 — Examinations

Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 4 ARCHITECTS·Ch. 2 Landscape Architects Certification
(a)The board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 covering the subjects and scope of the examinations and covering other functions necessary to comply with this chapter. An applicant for registration as a landscape architect shall establish by written examination the applicant's competency to plan, design, specify, and supervise the installation of landscape architectural projects. The board may require that the written examination be supplemented by oral examinations.
(b)Examinations shall be held at least once a year at a time and place fixed by the board. As added by Acts 1981, P.L.225, SEC.2. Amended by P.L.132-1984, SEC.12; P.L.242-1985, SEC.6; P.L.214-1993, SEC.10.
