Text

(a)There is hereby created and established a board of registration for architects and landscape architects, which shall consist of five (5) members, who shall be appointed by the governor.
(b)All appointments:
(1)before July 1, 2019, shall be made for terms of three (3) years, ending on December 31, serving the term for which the member shall have been appointed and until the member's successor shall have been appointed and shall have qualified; and
(2)after June 30, 2019, shall be made according to IC 25-1-6.5.
(c)A member of the board may be removed under IC 25-1-6.5-4.
(d)Each member of the board shall be entitled to receive as compensation for the member's services a salary per diem for each and every day the member may be engaged in attending the meetings or transacting the busi
