Text

Any person licensed to practice architecture in this state, or registered as an architect under this chapter, shall be exempt from the provisions of any and all statutes in force in this state regulating the practice of engineering: provided further, that no provision of this chapter shall apply to or affect any individual, firm, limited liability company, or corporation registered as a professional engineer under provisions of IC 25-31-1. An engineer, however, who is registered under the laws of this state, and exempted from the provisions of this chapter, shall not use the designation "architect" in any form or manner unless and until he shall be registered under the provisions of this chapter.
