§ 25-39-4-10 — Confidentiality of well records

Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 39 WATER WELL DRILLING CONTRACTORS·Ch. 4 Regulation of Water Well Drilling
Upon written application by the owner of a well or the licensee, the department shall keep the record of a well confidential for a period of one (1) year, and that record is not considered to be a public record.
