Text
Notwithstanding this chapter, in an
emergency, in the absence of the licensed veterinarian employer, an
employee of a licensed veterinarian may perform the duties it is lawful
for the employee to perform under the direct supervision of the licensed
veterinarian according to the rules of the board and the written
authority of the licensed veterinary employer.
