Text
"ECFVG certificate" means a certificate
issued by the American Veterinary Medical Association Educational
Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates, indicating that the
holder has demonstrated knowledge and skill equivalent to that
possessed by a graduate of an accredited college of veterinary
medicine.
