The state police department shall publish the following on the state police Internet web site:

(1)The forms described in section 2(a) of this chapter to be used by valuable metal dealers when purchasing valuable metal.

(2)A list that describes valuable metal products that are particularly susceptible to theft.

(3)The:

(A)statutes; and

(B)rules adopted by the superintendent of the state police department under section 3 of this chapter; concerning the regulation of valuable metal dealers. Formerly: Acts 1971, P.L.380, SEC.1; Acts 1972, P.L.11, SEC.11. As amended by Acts 1982, P.L.154, SEC.137; P.L.134-2012, SEC.31.
