Text

Except as provided in section 11 of this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any transient merchant to transact business in any county in this state unless such transient merchant and the owners of any goods, wares or merchandise to be offered for sale or sold, if such are not owned by the vendor, shall have first secured a license as herein provided and shall have complied with the other requirements of this chapter herein set forth.
