Text
(a)Each applicant for licensure under this
article shall be examined in writing. Standards for acceptable
performance shall be established by the board.
(b)Applicants for licensure shall be examined at a time and place
and under such supervision as the board may determine. Examinations
shall be given at such places within this state as the board may
determine at least twice each year, and the board shall make public, in
a manner it considers appropriate, notice of such examinations at least
sixty (60) days prior to their administration, and shall have all
individual examination applicants notified of the time and place of
their administration.
(c)The board may examine in whatever theoretical or applied fields
of speech-language pathology and audiology it considers appropriate
