Text
(a)Licensure shall be granted either in
speech-language pathology or audiology independently. A person may
be licensed in both areas if the person meets the respective
qualifications.
(b)Except as provided in sections 5.5 and 6.5 of this chapter and IC 25-35.6-5, no person shall practice or represent himself or herself as a
speech-language pathologist or audiologist in this state unless the
person is licensed in accordance with the provisions of this article.
