Text
Notwithstanding any other provision of state law, a compact state shall submit a uniform data set to the coordinated data base on all licenses as required by the rules of the commission, including the following:
(1)Identifying information.
(2)Licensure data.
(3)Significant investigatory information.
(4)Adverse actions against a psychologist's license.
(5)An indicator that a psychologist's authority to practice
interjurisdictional telepsychology or temporary authorization to
practice is revoked.
(6)Nonconfidential information concerning alternative program
participation information.
(7)Any denial of application for licensure and the reason for the
denial.
(8)Other information to facilitate the administration of the
compact, as determined by the rules of the commission.
