A compact state shall recognize the right of
a psychologist, licensed in a compact state in compliance with IC 25-33.5-3, to practice telepsychology in another compact state in which
the psychologist is not licensed, under the authority to practice
interjurisdictional telepsychology, as provided by the compact.
