Text
"Significant investigatory information" means:
(1)investigatory information that the state psychology regulatory
authority has reason to believe, after a preliminary inquiry that
includes notification and opportunity to respond if required by
state law, if proven true, would indicate more than a violation of
state statute or ethics code that would be considered more
substantial than a minor infraction; or
(2)investigatory information that indicates that the psychologist
represents an immediate threat to public health and safety
regardless of whether the psychologist has been notified or had an
opportunity to respond.
