Text
(a)If an individual fails to pay the renewal
fee for two (2) consecutive years, the board shall revoke the
individual's certificate of registration.
(b)If an individual whose certificate has been revoked under
subsection (a) desires to be reregistered, the individual:
(1)must submit an application to the board; and
(2)shall be considered as a new applicant.
