Text
If an individual fails to pay the renewal fee within ninety (90) days after the expiration date established by the board under this chapter, the board shall:
(1)suspend the individual's registration under this article; and
(2)delete the individual's name from the roster published under
IC 25-31.5-3-7;
until the renewal fee is paid.
