Text
(a)The board shall meet:
(1)at least one (1) time each calendar year; and
(2)at other times when:
(A)the chairperson; or
(B)a quorum of the board;
considers a meeting necessary.
(b)Members of the board must be notified of the date, time, and
location of a meeting of the board at least ten (10) days before the
meeting.
