(a)Except as provided in IC 25-31-1-35 and
subsection (b), the licensing agency shall receive and account for all
money collected under the provisions of this chapter and shall deposit
the money with the treasurer of state to be deposited by the treasurer of
state in the general fund of the state.
(b)In addition to the registration fee established under section 13(c)
of this chapter, the board shall establish a fee of not more than twenty
dollars ($20) for registered professional engineers and registered
engineering interns to be paid at the time of:
(1)issuance of a certificate of registration; and
(2)renewal of a certificate of registration;
