Text
(a)The board shall hold in the city of
Indianapolis at least two (2) regular meetings each year and special
meetings as the board considers necessary. Regular and special
meetings must be held at times and places as the rules of the board may
provide. Notice of all meetings must be given according to IC 5-14-1.5.
(b)The board shall elect, annually, from its own members, a
chairman and a vice chairman.
(c)A quorum of the board consists of four (4) members and no
official action of any meeting may be taken without at least four (4)
votes being in accord.
(d)Suitable office quarters shall be provided by the state for the use
of the board in the city of Indianapolis. This office may be shared with
the state board of registration for professional surveyors.
