§ 25-31-1-36 — Notice of disciplinary action determination

The board shall send written notice to the department of homeland security established by IC 10-19-2-1 of the determination of the board in a disciplinary action against an engineer under IC 25-1-11. The board shall send the notice not later than three
(3)business days after the date of the board's determination.
