§ 25-31-1-26 — Issuance of duplicate certificate
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 31 PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS·Ch. 1 Regulation of Engineers; Creation of Board
A certificate of registration, or a certification
as an engineering intern to replace a certificate which has been lost,
destroyed, or mutilated, may be issued subject to the rules of the board
and the fee established under IC 25-1-8-2.
