(a)The board shall issue a certificate of
registration, upon the payment of the fee prescribed by the board under
IC 25-1-8-2 and the fee established by section 9(b) of this chapter, to
any applicant who, in the opinion of the board, has satisfactorily met all
requirements of this chapter. In the case of a professional engineer, the
certificate shall authorize the practice of "professional engineering".
The certificate of registration shall:
(1)show the full name of the registrant;
(2)bear a serial number and date; and
(3)be signed by a designee of the board.
The issuance of any certificate of registration by the board under this
chapter is evidence that the individual named on the certificate is
entitled to all the rights and privileges of a registered professional
engineer from the d
