§ 25-30-1-20 — Prosecuting attorneys; reporting violations

It shall be the duty of a prosecuting attorney to whom the board reports a violation of this chapter to cause proceedings to be commenced against a person violating this chapter and to prosecute the person to final termination. Formerly: Acts 1961, c.163, s.20. As amended by P.L.234-1989, SEC.23.
