§ 25-30-1-17 — Fees

Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 30 PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR FIRMS, SECURITY·Ch. 1 Private Investigator Firm Licensing
(a)The board shall charge and the licensing agency shall collect the fees established by the board under IC 25-1-8.
(b)All fees collected under this chapter shall go into the general fund and shall be accounted for by the licensing agency.
