Text
(a)A person that knowingly engages or aids
and abets another person, in the practice of podiatric medicine without
a license issued under this article commits unauthorized practice of
podiatric medicine, a Level 6 felony.
(b)A person who otherwise violates this article commits a Class C
misdemeanor.
