Text
(a)The failure on the part of a podiatrist to
renew a license as required does not deprive the individual of the right
of renewal of the individual's license.
(b)The board shall reinstate a license to a podiatrist who is three (3)
years or less delinquent if the individual meets the requirements under
IC 25-1-8-6(c).
(c)If a license has been expired for more than three (3) years, the
license may be reinstated by the board if the holder of the license meets
the requirements for reinstatement under IC 25-1-8-6(d).
